Roosevelt University’s Mail Services is available for students residing in the Roosevelt Wabash Building dorms.
Residential students should have mail & packages addressed in the following manner:

Students will receive an email at the beginning of the semester from Residence Life with their assigned mailbox and combination for all standard mail (letters, cards, etc.) delivered to the 14th floor Residence Life Office.
Boxes or other bulky packages will arrive at the University loading dock prior to transport to the University Mail Room which is located on the 1st floor of Auditorium Building (AUD 109). The loading dock is available to receive packages Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. The dock is closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
Residents will be sent an email when a package is available for pickup in the Mail Room (AUD 109). PLEASE NOTE: Tracking & delivery notices from the courier shouldn't be construed to mean that a package is ready for pickup, as the package could still be in transit within the building.
Packages may be shipped to the University no earlier than one week prior to move-in.
