Master's and Doctoral Degrees

In order to be considered for admission into one of Roosevelt's master's or doctoral programs, an individual must complete an online application and submit the appropriate documentation, as outlined by each academic program.

Visit our Academic Programs page and find your chosen program to further explore the admission process.

Learn more about the Chicago College of Performing Arts and the College of Pharmacy admission requirements and processes.

Non-Degree, Students-at-Large

A student-at-large is a student who meets a program's admission requirements and wishes to pursue a limited course of study, rather than a graduate degree. Enrollment as a student-at-large is dependent upon the approval of the academic program.

Start a new application and select the Non-Degree/Student-At-Large option to begin the admission process.

A student-at-large must submit official transcripts from the institution which awarded his/her undergraduate degree.

Readmission

Graduate students who have not enrolled for three consecutive semesters (excluding the summer) must submit a Readmission Application. Start a new application and select the "Readmission" option.

The Office of Admission will manage the readmission process in partnership with the academic program. When program requirements have changed, requirements in effect at the time of readmission apply. If a student was previously placed on academic probation or suspended, additional action will be required.
