Career Advising 

Connect with us on-campus or virtually for one-on-one career support. We are here to guide students and alumni with exploring career pathways, preparing for a job search or applying to grad school. Get your resume reviewed, practice interview questions, create a LinkedIn profile, and more.

  • Log into Handshake using your Net ID to make an appointment online, view instructions (create subpage). Please contact Career Services with login issues.

Handshake is your one-stop connection to search for jobs, internships and events with Roosevelt’s employer partners. All students are assigned a Handshake account and can login with their NetID, view instructions

Student Employment

Working on campus is a great way to gain skills and experience while in school. RU hires students to work in various offices and departments across the campus, from the admissions office to the fitness center. Students who are interested in on-campus employment can search, locate, and apply to positions on Handshake.
