Legal Clinic

The clinic provides pro bono and low-cost basic legal services to Roosevelt’s students, faculty, and staff, as well as Chicago and Lake County residents who are in need of these types of services.

Services provided include: wills, trusts, Powers Of Attorney for health and property; bankruptcies; creating LLCs, corporations, and aiding in essential Secretary of State business filings; family court matters; and small claims court advising.

The clinic has also created partnerships with law firms and non-profit groups enabling the clinic to refer clients out for pro bono and low-cost support on more complex legal matters such as immigration and personal injury matters.
