Registered nurses looking to advance their careers can earn their bachelor's degree without stepping away from the workforce. Roosevelt’s new RN to BSN program lets registered nurses with previous college credit or an associate degree earn their bachelor’s diploma through online coursework. This new nursing degree option is consistent with Roosevelt’s commitment to educational accessibility and affordability, allowing students to complete classwork remotely and save significantly on tuition with transfer credits.

As healthcare systems increasingly seek nurses with bachelor's-level training for leadership and specialized roles, the new program provides an accessible pathway for working professionals to continue their education. Nursing students can transfer up to 70 hours from a community college or 90 hours from a four-year institution, and they can graduate with their BSN degree in as few as 12 months depending on previous credit. And since online RN to BSN program participants have prior clinical experience, Roosevelt’s courses focus on leadership practicums and community-oriented care to bolster resumes.

Applications are now being accepted. Registered nurses interested in advancing their education while maintaining full-time employment can learn more about the program and connect with Roosevelt's admissions team.
