Resources for Students

Roosevelt University has designed unique resources to help students persist through times of personal challenges. Options for assistance include the following.

  • Laker Grant - Limited financial assistance for currently enrolled students who are facing a temporary hardship.
  • Loaner Laptop - Limited laptops are available for currentlyenrolled students facing difficulty accessing technology.
  • Student Absence Notification - A student may request faculty notification for a documented absence of 3 days or more due to a non-academic emergency situation. 
  • Petition for Late Withdrawal - A student facing an extraordinary non-academic emergency and the withdrawal deadline has passed, may petition for late withdrawal at anytime within one year of course completion.
