This 2-year program consists of in-person classes on the Chicago campus. Admissions are open for fall and spring start dates. The full-time course delivery meets F1 visa requirements and is STEM designated.

Advanced curriculum

The Society of Actuaries designates our program as an Advanced Curriculum. You’ll learn from professors who are Associates of the Society of Actuaries. Our students form study groups and perform well on the exams.

The two main actuarial professional organizations in the United States recognize the strengths of our actuarial programs.

The Society of Actuaries, which is the world’s largest actuarial professional organization, designates our program as an Advanced Curriculum.

We also connect you to the property and casualty actuarial career path through participation in the CAS University Liaison, Student Central, Student Ambassador, and Academic Central Programs. The Casualty Actuarial Society awarded us their Bronze Tier recognition.

In your degree, you will take seminar courses to prepare you for the first two Actuarial Professional exams, as well as Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) courses, which means that you can finish the initial actuarial credential requirements as part of your degree.
