About Me
Dr Trongale has had the pleasure of teaching at Roosevelt University since 2008. He possesses organizational leadership work experience in education, industry, government and defense as a dean and vice president for academics at a medical university and president of a college, program manager for an aeronautical company, a team lead at NASA and as a senior military officer. His advanced education includes a Doctorate in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, and master’s degrees from Stanford University and the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Political Science and National Security Affairs. He was a Federal Executive Research Fellow at the RAND Corporation; an Admiral Arthur S. Moreau Scholar; he attended Executive Training at Harvard University and Australia’s Defence and Industry Studies Course.
