About Me

Dr. Carolyn Wiley is an internationally known industry and management scholar with over 50 publications in high-level journals in management, leadership, ethics, and human resources. She is a recipient of outstanding teaching, leadership, and scholarly awards and recognitions. She earned a PhD in Administrative and Policy Studies from UCLA’s Graduate School of Education & Information Studies with a secondary specialization from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Her bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in business. She has been a conference and featured speaker in the USA, France, Spain, Ireland, Russia, South Africa, Japan, Portugal, Czech Republic, and the UK to name a few. She is one of few women of color elected to lead a major MED (Management Education and Development) division of the Academy of Management and to serve as an elected faculty trustee of Roosevelt University's Board of Trustees.
