The fully online MA in Organization Development program accommodates your busy schedule. Courses are offered in an 8-week schedule format and delivered asynchronously to maximize the flexibility you need to balance your work, academic and personal life. Class sizes are purposely kept small to create an intimate learning environment where students can build relationships with classmates and receive individualized attention from faculty.
