Ryan Gable

About Me

With over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker and business owner, Ryan Gable brings practical communication, negotiation, and presentation expertise to the classroom. He is the founder of StartingPoint Realty, a brokerage recognized for its integrity and client advocacy, and the co-founder of Bikes and Music, a nonprofit supporting children and families in need. Outside of work, Ryan is a mountain biker, frequent live music goer, and national park enthusiast who travels in a Winnebago. He’s a regular at hot yoga, a devoted Chicago White Sox fan, and an avid reader of both newspapers and The Economist. Known for long, spirited conversations with friends, Ryan brings the same curiosity and energy to engaging his students.
