About Me
Adrian Thomas, Helford Endowed Chair of Psychology, is currently the director of Industrial and Organizational Psychology Ph.D. Program and a Full Professor at Roosevelt University. He has over 40 publications in respected peer reviewed journals such as Personnel Psychology, Assessment, Educational and Psychological Measurement, and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment. With the acceptance of two presentations for SIOP 2017 in Orlando he now has over 100 presentations at national and international conferences. His main research interests include attitudes toward workers with disabilities, discrimination in the workplace, and personnel selection.
