Applicants will be required to meet the admission requirements of the Walter E. Heller College of Business, Roosevelt University and the criteria for acceptance into the Real Estate Major of the Heller College of Business (minimum of 3.0 GPA and completion of general education and business courses). Participants will be required to be continuously enrolled as full-time undergraduate students from registration through completion of the degree; to maintain a 3.0 GPA or better; to complete all professional development classes in the Institute; to participate in the mentoring and other activities provided by the Institute; and, to attend Institute events.
