About Me

I have been teaching Developmental Math through Pre-Calculus at Roosevelt University for the past 20 years.  The underpinnings of my teaching philosophy are associated with adaptability, encouragement, managing math anxiety, utilizing technology, and using criticism in a positive manner.  I have a strong track record of providing my students with quality education and motivating them to strive for their own personal best.  I possess many traits that make a successful teacher; they include maintaining a positive attitude, being dependable, organized, energetic, and professional.

Additionally, I am the Faculty Athletic Representative at RU.  I am excited to be part of this transition to DII.

On a personal note, I am married with two active daughters.  I like to spend my free time golfing, running and reading a good book.
