About Me
Thomas Ott has served as the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission for Roosevelt since May 2023, after previously serving as the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management for the Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA). Thomas provides oversight and support for the work of the Freshman and Transfer Admissions teams, the Admissions Processing team, and works closely with CCPA leadership to implement scholarship strategy for the conservatories. Thomas has worked in admissions and recruitment for the past sixteen years, most recently at the University of Chicago and Loyola University Chicago. A jazz guitarist and composer, Thomas earned his MA in Music at the University of Iowa, and his BA in Music and Political Science from Augustana College.
