Career Development
Welcome to the Office of Career Development! We educate students, alumni, faculty, staff and employers about the career development and job search process. Staff support, engage, and counsel students in career and major exploration, internships, resume writing and interviewing rather than operating from a direct placement model. Career Development also coordinates on-campus student employment. Career Development staff host career fairs, workshops and programs, offer networking opportunities and partner with employers for on-campus interviewing and information sessions. Our goal is to facilitate career related exploration and experiences in order to "educate socially conscious citizens for active and dedicated lives as leaders in their professions and their communities."
Have a question, need feedback on a resume and like to learn about career resources? Drop in hours for the Fall 2011 semester are Wednesdays from 12-2 p.m. and Thursdays from 4-6 p.m. at the Chicago Campus in AUD Room 470.
