About Me

During the 50 years of his career, Stephen B. Friedman has advocated and advanced best practices for public-private partnerships and led the implementation of high-quality redevelopment by applying the demographic, real estate market, and financial drivers of land use and urban development to planning efforts. He is recognized as a real estate expert as well as a planner, holding the designation of Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) in addition to being a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP). His expertise and visionary leadership have impacted numerous communities and the planning profession in diverse and meaningful ways.
