Permanent/Long-Term Schedule Changes
- The supervisor and employee mutually agree on the new schedule.
- The supervisor submits both the revised schedule, justification for the change of schedule and effective date of the new schedule to the Office of Human Resources via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- HR reviews the schedule and contacts the supervisor to make changes or to notify that the new schedule will be approved as submitted.
- HR informs the University-Union Committee of the updated schedule.
- HR updates the employee’s schedule in iBrowse/TimeTech as of the approved effective date.
Temporary Changes Due to a Business Need
Supervisors have the ability to make one-time temporary schedule changes in iBrowse/TimeTech when there is a business need to do so.
