Permanent/Long-Term Schedule Changes

  1. The supervisor and employee mutually agree on the new schedule.
  2. The supervisor submits both the revised schedule, justification for the change of schedule and effective date of the new schedule to the Office of Human Resources via email:
  3. HR reviews the schedule and contacts the supervisor to make changes or to notify that the new schedule will be approved as submitted.
  4. HR informs the University-Union Committee of the updated schedule.
  5. HR updates the employee’s schedule in iBrowse/TimeTech as of the approved effective date.

Temporary Changes Due to a Business Need

Supervisors have the ability to make one-time temporary schedule changes in iBrowse/TimeTech when there is a business need to do so.
