Recently elected Chicago City Treasurer Melissa Conyears-Ervin will share her personal journey of overcoming obstacles in order to reach her dreams.  A 2003 graduate of Roosevelt, Conyears-Ervin will discuss the important role that college and mentors can have in shaping the future during the  University’s signature American Dream Conference, now in its fourth year.

Roosevelt University president, Ali Malekzadeh, and Robert Morris University Illinois president, Mablene Krueger, announced that Roosevelt has submitted an application to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to make Robert Morris University Illinois a part of Roosevelt.
