Our staff consists of licensed clinical psychologists, a licensed clinical professional counselor, five to six therapy externs, student workers, and clerical staff. Each of the clinical staff represent different theoretical orientations, allowing for a rich and varied training experience for our externs.

RUCC is committed to social justice and multicultural competence and embraces continuing professional development in this area. We utilize a time-limited therapy model (12 sessions per academic year, fall through summer). RUCC also offers group therapy when possible; groups have no session limits.

Our staff believes that supervision and mentoring are essential in helping trainees advance in professional confidence, competence, and autonomy. Our goal is to support and prepare new professionals to practice psychology with skill, creativity, and flexibility in a complex and ever-changing world.
