Our current staff consists of four full-time psychologists, two postdoctoral fellows, three advanced therapy externs, four peer advocates, and two support staff. The clinical staff embraces an integrative theoretical orientation that relies upon psychodynamic/relational, multicultural, feminist, developmental, systemic and cognitive behavioral perspectives.

RUCC is committed to social justice and multicultural competence and embraces continuing professional development in this area. We utilize a time-limited therapy model (12 sessions). RUCC also offers process group therapy and a psycho-educational group for stress management - each has no session limits.

Our staff believes that supervision and mentoring are essential in helping trainees advance in professional confidence, competence, and autonomy. Our goal is to support and prepare new professionals to practice psychology with skill, creativity, and flexibility in a complex and ever-changing world.
