Humanities electives at Harper College must be chosen from the following ABA approved Humanities, listed with the requirements for the AAS degrees: ART 105, 114, 130, 131, 132, any FRN, any GER, any HST, any HUM, any JPN, any LIT, LNG 105, MUS 103, 104, 120, any PHI but not PHI 160, any SPA or either SPE 107 or 111.

Only 100 level or higher mathematics courses are acceptable for the mathematics elective.

Either PLS 208 or PLS 215 are required for individuals without any legal experience.  Individuals with legal experience may substitute another PLS course with coordinator approval.

A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required to enter the program at RU.

Students who wish to take Roosevelt requirements in Schaumburg, will need to take certain classes in a fully online format.

Students are encouraged to explore options for a minor with their Roosevelt academic advisor.

Pursuant to ABA guidelines, students must take at least nine semester hours or the equivalent of legal specialty courses through traditional classroom instruction.
