As a 63 credit hour AAS, RU's Ideas course requirement is waived and the two course experiential requirement is reduced to one course.

The HSAD major consists of 7 required courses (21 credit hours), 3 required major elective courses (9 credit hours), and 1 capstone/experiential course (3 credit hours).  The menu of electives in the major are subject to change.  Please see your RU advisor to determine offerings.  You may participate in a HSAD capstone course or internship even if you transfer in your experiential requirement.  See your RU Advisor for details.

HSAD coursework can begin either fall or spring semester.
