Students graduating from the Strategic Management and Innovation program are well equipped to enter the project management field with an entry-level professional designation, in addition to their degree. According to Glassdoor’s October 2015 report, the national average salary for project managers is $96,425, and the Chicago average project manager salary is $89,065.

In this program, students will be expected to:

  1. Analyze data, form creative solutions, and implement solutions that are at the heart of a successful practice in a number of industries.
  2. Understanding human beings—how humans think and react—which is fundamental to forming generative relationships.
  3. Counseling is a field in which graduate education is required. The pathways toward graduate work are fundamentally ingrained in the program.
