The BA in actuarial science gives you the most flexibility in your electives so you can get the most out of the liberal arts experience.

With a BS in actuarial science, you’ll broaden your background with five additional courses in a science such as computer science or biology. Both degrees include a finance minor.

Advanced curriculum

The Society of Actuaries designates our program as an Advanced Curriculum.

You will take seminar courses to prepare you for the first two Actuarial Professional exams, as well as Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) courses, which means that you can finish the initial actuarial credential requirements as part of your degree.
