Through our paralegal classes, RU will prepare students to meet their paralegal career goals or continue their business education. Students who obtain a paralegal degree from RU often move on to work in law firms, corporations, banks, insurance and real estate agencies, title companies, courts and government agencies.Furthermore, the cost efficiency of using paralegals (also known as legal assistants)has made this field one of the fastest-growing occupations in the United States.

Providing students with ethical standards as a framework for competent and professional decision-making, RU’s paralegal classes equip students with knowledge of substantive law and procedural rules essential to functioning as a paralegal.Students will learn to develop skills in the use of a variety of research tools and learn critical thinking skills necessary to analyze issues and problems.
