I am proud to now be Director for the MA in IO Psychology at Roosevelt University; a program that I am also a proud graduate of. In this position, I help to guide students through their graduate school years and into their careers as future practitioners and academics.
I enjoy working with and mentoring both MA and undergrad students, especially in efforts to conduct their own independent research. My teaching interests primarily focus on statistics and research methods in psychology.
I have experience and interest in a variety of topics within IO Psychology. Most of my own research has been on the antecedents and consequences of Organizational Commitment. I am often inspired to passion by the research interests of my students.
