About Me

I have a diverse background in consulting, human resources, psychological test publishing and teaching.  A practitioner for 40+ years, I have helped nearly 100 organizations address a variety of leadership, organizational and talent needs.  My clients have ranged from boards of directors and senior executives to first-level supervisors and individual contributors.  That work has spanned the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Western Europe and Australia.

In addition to teaching, I am Director of the Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Center (OECC), which provides "real world" experience to qualified graduate students.

I am president of the American Board of Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology and am licensed as an Applied Psychologist in Virginia.
