am fortunate that some of my journal articles have been selected as a best
paper in the Journal of Research in
Personality, as a Top 20 nominated article in the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research,
and cited in BBCNews online and various International news organizations.
Specifically, my program of research focuses on three general areas of inquiry
– work-family conflict, leadership and group processes, and understanding
stigma and diversity. An overarching theme in my research is the interaction
between situational aspects and individual differences that may influence
behavior in organizations.
