About Me

I am a social psychologist who does research on race stereotypes, gender stereotypes, and violence against women.  I have been at Roosevelt since 2009.  I am a member of the Psychology Department as well as the Women's and Gender Studies Program.

I teach Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology, Psychology of Racism, Psychology of Gender, and supervise both undergraduate and graduate student research.  I received the Untermyer award for teaching from Roosevelt in the Fall of 2017.
