Online Tutoring

Online tutoring is a conversation in real time about your writing with a tutor in a chat space on the Writing Center’s Blackboard community space. With online tutoring, you can be tutored from any computer. This service is available by arrangement, or we now have drop-in online tutoring.

Online tutoring by arrangement hours are flexible, set up on an individual basis to fit your schedule (nights and weekends are possible).Online appointments by arrangement usually require two days to schedule. Email us at writingcenter@roosevelt.edu to set up your individualized online writing center appointment.

Online tutoring is now also available on a drop-in basis. Drop-in tutoring hours are Monday through Thursday 9am to 11am. All a student has to do is email or call the Writing Center, and, if the sessions are open, they will be connected with an online tutor immediately. writingcenter@roosevelt.edu  (312) 341-2206
