In 2002, MATD staff, students and graduates joined forces and formed an MATD alumni association, the Training and Development Network (TDN). TDN is dedicated to providing continuing education and networking opportunities to our current and past students. Since its inception, the Training and Development Network has held a series of meetings and events, attended by faculty, students, alumni, and university administrators. This is an active, energetic association that seeks to enhance the career and education experiences of students and alumni. We invite you to become involved. One of the exciting features of the Training and Development Network is the interactive online community available through Roosevelt's Blackboard portal. The community contains areas for discussion of topics and ideas, announcements of upcoming events, job and internship postings and links to resources within the training and organization development field.
