The internship experience allows students to gain addition expertise beyond the classroom environment in their area of interest. From time to time we receive requests for interns from area organizations. It is recommended that students contact the key person identified to discuss the internship opportunity. Although some internships may include remuneration in the form of a stipend, in many instances, time is being donated by the sponsoring organization and monetary compensation is not available.
