GET INVOLVED

With over 50 student organizations, you have more opportunities than ever to meet new friends, discover a cause you’re passionate about, or find a creative outlet.

The easiest way to get involved is to attend our semi-annual Student Involvement Fair. It's held at the start of each fall and spring semester, and features members from our various student organizations who can help answer your questions and get you connected with organizations that interest you. Can't find one you like? Start your own organization!

BECOME A LEADER

Expand and sharpen your leadership skills through interactive retreats and leadership programs. Each fall we host the Student Leadership Summit, a weekend retreat focused on emerging leaders. There's also the Roosevelt Leadership Institute, a 12 week program that empowers students to become change agents both on and off campus.

SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY

Act on your commitment to social justice and change by helping others through our service and community engagement opportunities. Each month the Center for Student Involvement sponsors First Fridays, which provides students a chance to serve the Chicagoland community through service.

HAVE FUN

There's never a lack of options for things to attend both on and off campus. The SPEED Activities Board hosts a plethora of events--comedians, festivals, movie nights, Chicago sporting events--you name it! These are a great way to have some fun, make new friends, and connect to the Roosevelt community.
