Relaxation Sampler This page includes short samples of the six schools of relaxation taught by Dr. Jonathan C. Smith at the Roosevelt University Stress Institute. They demonstrate the important Stress Institute discovery that different types of relaxation have different effects. Those who want to compare approaches can play tracks 1-8 in sequence and practice while the relaxation instructions are presented. Be sure to select a quiet place and a comfortable chair, and set aside 30 minutes for the entire sequence. Do not practice while driving.
