Online Housing Contract Troubleshooting Tips

Are you trying to apply for housing online and for some reason cannot get your contract to go through? No problem. We can help.

1.  Problem:  I can't get into RU Access.

    Answer:  Contact the Registrar for assistance.

2.  Problem:  The studio for UC is "starred out" on the contract and will not let

                  me apply.

    Answer:   Make sure you selected the contract term "Annual" and that you

                  are not a freshman.

3.  Problem:  I want to live in UC for the summer and choose a ROW room for fall.      Answer:  The director of residence life will contact you regarding your fall 

                  ROW preferences.

4.  Problem:  I am eligible in the fall for an apartment but am not currently able

                  to choose it as a preference.

    Answer:   Go ahead and choose a suite preference so that we get your 

                  application in as early as possible. When you submit your pre-

                  payment to Katie Denny (312-341-2190) let her know your room

                  preferences and she will mark it down on our sheet.

5.  Problem: Other problems not listed. 

    Answer:  Send an email with your name, RU ID, problem you are

                 encountering, and any error message that is showing to

                 aryan@roosevelt.edu
