Okay, now lets take a look at the room types you have to choose from in each building! Click on the Floor Plan to view the room layout!

Room Layouts:  University Center

Options for all students:

Quad Semi-Suite (a four-person unit with two bedrooms and one bath) Check out the Semi-Suite Floor Plan!

Deluxe Double (shared by two people with one bedroom and bath) Check out the Deluxe Floor Plan!

Options for sophomores, juniors, seniors, graduate students, and students 21 and over:

Two Bedroom Quad Apartment (a four person unit with two baths) Check out the Two Bedroom Floor Plan

Four Bedroom Quad Apartment (a four person unit with two baths) Check out the Four Bedroom Floor Plan

Studio Apartment (a single unit with one bath and only available with an annual contract that begins in May) Check out the Studio Floor Plan

Items To Note

• Meal plans are required for all students living in suites and deluxe doubles
• Double deluxes, two bedroom apartments and studios have limited availability
• Rooms are located on standard and premium floors
• Standard floors are 3-14
• Premium floors are 15-18 and are a higher rate with additional amenities
• Some floors are reserved for 21 and over, graduates and annual contracts.
• Floors are co-educational
• Students are assigned to Roosevelt roommates
• Family and married housing is not available
• UC is managed by U.S. Equities Student Housing
• The UC Management staff manages the building, policies, procedures, and activities. Initial room assignments, contract application and contract modifications are completed at Roosevelt.

Options for juniors, seniors, graduate students, and students 21 and over:

Shared Bedroom in an Apartment (two residents sharing a bedroom)

       

          Private Bedroom in an Apartment (one resident in one 

        bedroom)

Studio Apartment

A limited number of one bathroom units are available at a reduced cost. Contact Residence Life for more information.

Items to Note

• Available beginning fall 2008. Students wanting an annual contract can live in UC for the summer and move to ROW in August
• Students have the option of purchasing an apartment meal plan from the UC
• Each floor has a Resident Assistant
• Co-educational apartment living is available for continuing RU students. Roommates must be identified on the contract of each resident residing in the apartment.
• Married/domestic partnership housing is available upon request. No family housing is offered.
• Floors are co-educational
• Students may be assigned to RU or non-RU roommates.
• ROW is managed byUS Equities Student Housing
