On Campus Handbook & RU Student Handbook Do you have a handbook that outlines the policies and procedures of the HCC, ROW and UC? Students can download the handbooks below to understand the policies in each building, as well as, obtain a copy of the RU Student Handbook. Students are bound to the policies and procedures of the RU Student Handbook and of the building they are residing in. Copies of these handbooks by visiting the Management Office on the second floor at the UC for their handbook and the Office of Residence Life in HCC 110 for the RU Handbook, HCC Handbook and ROW Handbook.
