Housing Contract Pre-payment The $500 housing contract pre-payment is required to be received by Roosevelt within two business days of the housing contract being submitted. Students may call in, fax, email in a credit card payment or may prefer to fed-ex a check. The pre-payment is required each year that a housing contract is submitted. Process The pre-payment is credited to a student's account in January. Students applying in January to live on campus that spring are still required to submit a pre-payment. Refund Students who were planning to live on campus for fall and cancel their housing contract by June 1 may receive a refund of the pre-payment. Students who were planning to live on campus beginning spring and cancel their housing contract by November 1 may receive a refund of the pre-payment. Students will need to submit their request to cancel their housing contract in writing to the Coordinator of Student Housing, Rachel Meseke at rmeseke@roosevelt.edu. Cancellations may take up to six weeks to process depending on the time of year they are submitted. |
