Housing Contract Pre-payment

Residence Life

The $500 housing contract pre-payment is required to be received by Roosevelt within two business days of the housing contract being submitted.  Students may call in, fax, email in a credit card payment or may prefer to fed-ex a check.

Process

The pre-payment is credited to a student's account in January.

Students applying in January to live on campus that spring are still required to submit a pre-payment.

Refund

The pre-payment is refunded up until June 1 if a resident applies to live in housing beginning fall and then cancels their contract.

The pre-payment is refunded up until November 1 if a resident applies to live in housing beginning spring and then cancels their contract.

Students will need to submit a request to cancel their housing contract in writing to the Director of Residence Life at aryan@roosevelt.edu.
