	Door cleaned & intact		Blinds are clean and intact
	Door handle and lock is fully functional		Closet doors and knobs clean and intact

	Mattress is clean		Window sills cleaned
	Bed frame is intact		Thermostat intact
	Drawers have been emptied and cleaned		Phone is in unit
	Closet doors and knobs clean and intact		Apartment manual MUST remain in your unit

RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THEIR UNIT OR CLEANING THAT NEEDS TO BE CONDUCTED - UNIT SHOULD BE MOVE-IN READY

IF YOU CHECK OUT WITH A RA, MANAGEMENT WILL STILL NEED TO ASSESS YOUR UNIT - IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AS SOON AS THE CHARGES ARE APPLIED
