Transcript Requests by Students who attended RU Prior to 1979

If you are an alumni or a student who attended Roosevelt University prior to Fall semester of 1979, you may not request your transcripts via the Internet.

You may complete a downloaded Transcript Request form or write a letter and submit it to the Registrar's Office of either campus by mail or in person.

Written request must include the following information:

• Full name and any former names (typed or printed)
• Social Security Number
• Date of birth
• Last semester of attendance at Roosevelt University
• Number of copies and type of service requested.
  Fee information | Holds and advanced requests information
• Your complete mailing address
• Complete address of where you want the transcript sent
• A phone number where we may reach you during the day
• Your signature

Paralegal Studies Program

Students who attended Paralegal Studies Program may not request transcripts online at this time.  Please use a Transcript Request Form or make a written request to the Paralegal Studies Program Office.

Your written request must include the following:

• Full name and any former names (typed or printed)
• Social Security Number
• Date of birth
• Last semester of attendance at Roosevelt University
• Complete mailing address
• A phone number where we may reach you during the day
• Complete address of where you want the transcript sent
• Date and your signature

Fee and processing time:  Fee is $5.00 per copy.  Include the check made to Roosevelt University for the proper amount Allow 5-7 business days for processing.
