How to View/Print an Unofficial Transcript via RU Access

• Log on to Roosevelt University Home Page: www.roosevelt.edu
• Click on RU Access.
• In the field User ID type your Student ID starting with a digit 9.
  Your Social Security Number will also work.
• In the field PIN type your 6-character PIN (previously created).
• Click on Login button.
• Click on Registration & Other Student Services link.
• Click on Student Records link.
• Click on Unofficial Transcript- Print/View link.
• Select Level from drop down menu: undergrad, grad or all/both levels.
• Click on Submit button.
• To print your unofficial transcript click on a Printer icon on the toolbar.
