RU Access for Students – Login, Use, Where to get Help

RU Access is the secure web-based service tool for students, faculty and advisors. It is located at https://ruaccess.roosevelt.edu

On RU ACCESS you can:

View and update your personal information
Register for courses or change your registration
Place yourself on a Waitlist
View your class schedule
View your unofficial transcript
View your semester grades and print a grade report
View a Report of Incomplete Grade
Print your enrollment verification certificate
Apply for graduation
Request a degree check if you are a student in the College of Arts and Sciences and Business Administration.
Request official transcript
Check financial aid information
Review charges and make payment arrangement
Make a payment with a credit card

Login

In the field User ID type your Student ID Number assigned by Roosevelt University. This number starts with the digit 9. If you don’t know this number, use your Social Security Number.
In the field PIN, type your 6-digit birthday in mmddyy format. Click on Login button.
When the student’s birth date is not available in our system, the PIN consists of the last six digits of a Student ID number.
The following note will show: Your PIN has expired. Change it now.
In the field Re-Enter Old PIN- retype your 6-digit birth date in the format mmddyy or the last 6 digits of your Student ID Number or the last 6 digits of your SSN (whichever worked).
In the field titled New PIN create your new 6 characters PIN (do not use your birth date again).
Re-type your newly created PIN in the field Re-enter new PIN, click Login button.
In the field Enter Question write a question to which you know the answer, then write the answer and click on Submit button.
Read Terms of Usage, and click Continue.
Select the link you need from the menu.
