Graduation Application Online - How to Apply via RU Access

Most Students are required to file an application for graduation online. Please see exceptions listed below*.

To apply online:

Go to www.roosevelt.edu
Click on RU Access.
Enter your ID and PIN.
Click on Student Services and Financial Aid.
Click on Student Records.
Click on Graduation Application.
Read the directions carefully and view your degree and address information. If all is correct check Accept Application button.
Click on Submit button.

*Who cannot apply online? Students applying for multiple degrees for the same graduation date and students applying for certificates must download an application from the Internet and submit it to the Registrar’s office of either campus by mail or fax. Students who did not apply within a deadline must call the Graduation Office.
