Posting Grades

Grades are available online the next day, after they are due from the instructors. Click here for the due dates for each term.

Grade reports are not mailed to students. Click the following links for instructions on viewing/printing your grades online:

First Time RU Access Users, Subsequent RU Access Users.

If Your Grades are not Posted
If some of your grades are not posted, please check again the following days. We process grades two times each semester, except for Summer.  During the Summer term grades are rolled more frequently.

If Your Grades are Posted but the Number of Credits Earned and the Term GPA are Incorrect

Please be patient. The total number of credits earned, term GPA, an academic standing are not calculated immediately. We are aware that students like to know their grades as soon as possible. For this the reason we make the grades available online soon after they are posted by instructors. However, the grading process is not finalized until the GPA has been calculated.

Several “behind the scenes” calculations need to take place, before the total number of credits earned, term GPA, and academic standing can be recalculated. This usually happens about two weeks after the last day of the semester.
