Finding Your Information on RU Access

                 * Important Dates for Each Semester *

Log in to RU ACCESS at:  https://ruaccess.roosevelt.edu which is Roosevelt University’s web–based information system. On RU ACCESS you may obtain the following information and request some services:

• View and update addresses and personal information
• Review your name or Social Security Number changes requested
• Retrieve your RU ID number
• Change or reset your PIN
• Register for courses or change existing registration
• Review charges, make payment arrangements and payments
• View your schedule for a current semester
• View holds on your records
• View your unofficial academic transcript
• Request an official transcript
• View your grades for recent semester
• Download and print your term grade report
• View “I” grade contract
• Request a degree check (College of Arts and Science and WEHCBA only)
• Apply for graduation
• Make payment via credit cards
• Obtain enrollment verification
• Check financial aid information
