Registration Guide Online 

 

Creating a Cohort:  Approvals & Clearances Steps

 


  • The Dean will forward the completed form to the Provost's Office.


  • The Provost 's Office obtains the approval of the proposed tuition rates and discounts from the Vice President for Finance & Business.  After that his/hers

Office will send a copy of signed New Cohort Approval Form to all offices listed below. There will be no admission nor registration activities allowed until the notification of approved cohort is received directly from the Provost Office.

    • Dean
    • Program Director/Department Chair
    • Admission
    • Registrar's Office-Scheduling
    • Registrar's Office: Registration in Schaumburg
    • Student Accounts
    • Financial Aid
     
  • Scheduling Office will create sections and course reference numbers for all cohort courses, and notify the Cohort Registration Coordinator in Schaumburg about it.


  • The Cohort Registration Coordinator will create a cohort code which will be attached to each admitted cohort student's record.


  • After all above steps are completed, admitted and advised students may be registered.
