Course Cancellation Policy

Roosevelt University reserves the right to cancel courses and to make other course schedule changes. Academic departments will notify students of a course cancellation and will assist them in the selection of alternative courses, or offer a full tuition refund. If there is no other class that is appropriate for the student’s degree requirements, the student’s account will be credited for a full tuition amount. Students are not required to fill out a drop form for a cancelled course or drop a course online. It will be done automatically.

Refunds/Credits for Cancelled Course

The full tuition will be credited to the student's account or refunded if applicable. If the cancelled course is the only course on the student’s schedule, all fees will also be refunded within about three weeks. If the student is registered for some other classes only the tuition for the cancelled course will be refunded or credited.
