Adding a Course
Adding a course which is still open but has met once requires the instructor’s permission in writing, by email, or by an instructor’s note placed on the Course Selection Worksheet.
To add a course which is closed and waitlisted, and has met once, requires the permission from the designated person from the College. In addition the student must obtain the instructor's signature, email or a note on a Course Selection Worksheet.
Even Exchange of Courses in the Student’s Schedule
In certain situations students may need to drop an unsuitable course and register for another one with the same number of credits. Roosevelt University does not charge the student for such an exchange. Dropping and adding of courses must be completed at the same time.
Any changes to registration must be approved by the student’s academic advisor.
Students may transfer from an external study course to an on-campus course during the first week of the on-campus class, with the permission of the instructor of the on-campus class.
Students may transfer from one external course to another external course up to 7th weeks into the semester.

To add a course which is closed and waitlisted, and has met once, requires permission from the designated person from the College, and also from the instructor. The following are acceptable: signature on a Course Selection Worksheet, note written by the college designated person and the instructor or an email directed to the Registrar’s Office.
