Most courses are team taught with both City Colleges and Roosevelt University faculty to gain the perspective of both the community college and the university levels. Faculty chosen to team teach must gain approval from the vice president of academic affairs at their respective home campuses.

Marketing

The City Colleges will promote the program among its faculty on a system-wide basis.

Budget

The budget is based on three cohorts of no fewer than 20 each annually.  Cohort groups should be a maximum of 30 for pedagogical effectiveness.  It also is predicted on the City Colleges sending on payment per semester for all its faculty-attendees.

Roosevelt University offers a 40% discount to faculty of the Chicago City Colleges based on the above conditions.  Tuition is based on graduate rate for the academic year.  The City College agrees to fund 40% of the faculty tuition, and the faculty pay the remaining portion of the tuition.
