Real Estate Graduate Scholarships School of Real Estate l Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration Partial real estate scholarships are available to graduate students enrolled in a real estate degree program. The amount of the awards and the guidelines for selection are determined each year by the Institute of Real Estate. The scholarship applicant must be accepted to a real estate program as a degree-seeking student. To be eligible for scholarship consideration on admission, an undergraduate grade point average of at least a 2.8 is required and enrollment in at least 6 semester hours per term awarded. Real Estate Scholarships can only be used as a tuition credit. There are four real estate scholarship programs:
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: Entry Requirements Applicants will be required to have completed an undergraduate degree, with either a minimum 3.0 average or with 2-3 years business or real estate work experience. Program Participation Requirements Students will be required to maintain an overall grade point average of 3.5 and be continuously registered in one of the two-year graduate real estate degree programs. PROGRAM ELEMENTS: Selected students will receive an annual scholarship of $5,000 a year up to two years to complete the degree program.
